Black Box Computer Consulting is pleased to announce it's sponsorship of The State Theatre of Ithaca's 2006/2007 season as The Official Technology Supplier of The State. The State has announced an ambitious season and we are invested in seeing them reach and exceed all of their goals.
Black Box has provided The State Theatre of Ithaca with a Black Box PBX telephone system. This system enables The State to handle it's increasing volume of calls with less staff involvement allowing them to focus more energy on blossoming into a highly successful entertainment venue.
By handling common questions about parking, directions, ticket sales, and more automatically the people at the state are free to do the real work of running a theatre without spending so much time on the phone.
